DEADLOCK (GER)
Founded in the later half of 1997, DEADLOCK took their time to find a solid line-up and the right attitude towards cultivating a sound all their own. After their first self-titled 7 Inch was released, the band gained further attention with their MCD ..I..ll Wake You When Spring Awakes.. (2000). The quintet started to include keyboards and clean female vocals to their songs during the period of their release ..The Arrival... This period saw DEADLOCK reach new levels, while establishing their own brutal and blistering metal-sound. In 2003 the split release with Six Reasons To Kill proved the bands ability to develop their skills to a higher level. DEADLOCK..s Lifeforce Records debut ..Earth.Revolt.. was well received among press and fans alike, because of its balanced mixture of fast and virtuous guitar work, their slowed-down atmospheric parts as well as the strong connection between music and lyrics.

WATERDOWN (GER)
Since 1999 Waterdown from Osnabrueck, Germany are a part of the international hardcore scene. After only one year of existence, the six guys signed a worldwide record deal with Victory Records, being the first european band ever on the wellknown Victory roster alongside bands like Snapcase. Boysetsfire, Grade, Hatebreed, Earth Crisis and Strife. Victory Records released three acclaimed albums, „Never Kill The Boy On The First Date“ (2001), „The Files You Have On Me“ (2003) and „All Riot“ (2006). Waterdowns music combines influences ranging from Hardcore to Metal to Punkrock, always striving for more intensity and aggression. With more than 600 shows in europe and the USA under their belt, Waterdown know exactly where they wanna go.

DEEP INSIGHT (FIN)
Deep Insight has boiled their Scandinavian melodies along with American rock for a tasty soup that has been received with great enthusiasm amongst the audience and critics. The band has been dipping toes in the emo/punk pool but stands out with an exeptional scandinavian ruffness and attitude.
Since its birth year 2002, formed by childhood friends Jukka and Johannes, the Finnish Deep Insight has already played over 300 shows in more than 20 countries. In the summer 2005 the single Hurricane Season reached number one position in the Finnish official Top Ten chart and stayed on the list for over two months. The single as well as their second album Red Lights, White Lines paved the way for the band and was picked up well by many European radio stations and MTV. The album was also released in many European countries. In 2005 Deep Insight toured Europe for two months with platinum-seller The Rasmus and the band has also supported the likes of Lostprophets, Further Seems Forever and The 69 Eyes.
Deep Insight’s third album One Minute Too Late was released in Finland October 2006. The debut single New Day went straight to number 1 on Finnish leading youth radio station YleX most wanted list. Hundreds of gigs around the world have given the guys a lot of experience and their exceptionally good and energetic live shows are something you don't wanna miss out on!

ENDRIVE (FIN)
Endrive was originally formed around 2004 in Turku, Finland, but with current line up the band has played since spring 2007. Musically Endrive is an experimental mixture of different styles of noisy sounds; combining hardcore, metal, deathmetal, punk etc.. there are no musical boundaries for endrive. The main idea for this band is to have fun without thinking what is hot or not at the moment to be in the scene.. its just 5 mental and genius musicians/scientists making their own monster like dr. Frankenstein did.

NEW DEADLINE (FIN)
Hailing from Lahti, Finland New Deadline has been experimenting their musical boundaries for about 2 years now. The present line-up has been formed by a few member changes and now they are ready to fully concentrate on building their own sound.
Having had he opportunity to play with such bands as Funeral For A Friend and LostAlone and having their songs on the national TV and radio, New Deadline has gathered a fair amount of dedicated fans throughout Finland.

SPICHKI (LT)
Friction causes heat - and that's maybe the reason why SPICHKI (this word means "the Matches" in the Russian language) match each other so well.
SPICHKI is a Lithuanian alternative scene legend. The band was formed in 1992 and has always been on the run, changing approaches and styles. While SPICHKI "Tri Belih Konia" album emphasizes melodiousness and power, "Zyvoj" album is a straight speedy punk album. The "PRO! Kosmos" album was an acoustic touch that showed some more potential for accordion tunes, which has always been a distinct feature of SPICHKI. The latest programme of the band "Ja ne Russkij" is a unique music cocktail: heavy artillery of two drum sets, philosophically hooligan-song texts, elegant accordion tunes, a bit of psychedelic and a lot more.
There are 5 albums recorded and one more is coming soon. The band played lots of gigs and participated in festivals in Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Germany and Russia.

ENHET (LV)
Enhet is a metalcore band from Cēsis (Latvia). Playing in a heavy and brutal style, the band has entertained listeners since 2002.
You can usually see 5 people on the stage. In fact, 3 out of 5 members of the band are brothers.
Up to now it has been possible to listen to the band completely only at concerts. It is so because Enhet has not released any records yet. However, records have been made repeatedly and soon Enhet will release their debut album "Check the foundation".
Enhet has performed at all the largest Latvia's musical events, concerts and festivals. The band has also played in Lithuania, Estonia, Finland and Poland for several times.
Not only the strong and technically worked out sound describes the band, but also fans, who improve almost all their shows.
Enhet does not play some sort of symphonic music, but one thing is for sure - this band will make you sweat.

9 HORIZON (LV)
9horizon is a colourful prog. metal band that comes from Riga (Latvia). 5 people play in the band and they are not only good friends, but also people, who are willing to seek for different musical and even mystical adventures.
Each of the group members shares his views about what is music. Listeners also have got their point of view, so when the band makes a knot of all these different views; they show us the community between musicians and listeners.

Formed in January 2003 Astro’n’out is now one of the up–to-date indie-rock bands in Latvia well known as socially active musicians, not only for participating in many social events, but also for their music written for several documentaries and feature films, touching such topics as human trafficking, handicapped people and national patriotism. The band first appears with the radio single “Part of Riga” (Daļa Rīgas) – positive and catchy song about one of the most criminal parts of Riga city where the young songwriter and soloist of the band Mara comes from. The song becomes well recognized and popular due to its non-standard subject and untypical vocal. It reaches 2nd position in Latvian airplay chart and becomes No.1 in two radio stations.
Afterwards the band is forecasted to be the one hit wonders, but in a while manages to prove themselves with several more successful radio singles and in the year 2006 their debut album “Kuš Kuš” receives the award of “Best Rock Album” in annual Latvian Music Awards.
2006 comes with entry in MTV Baltic Top with a song “Ne gravitatei” ( No to gravity) and Astro’n’out becomes regularly shown on MTV Baltic as well as all other TV stations in Latvia. Astro’n’out also gets nominated for “MTV Europe Awards” in catergory of “New Sounds of Europe” 2007.
At the very moment the band is having regular performances at clubs and festivals and working in the studio with their second album planned to be released on autumn 2008.

PRETERNATURAL (LV)
Low-end tuned guitar riffs, blasting rhytm section, multidimensional screaming vocals and incredible atmosheric melody. These features probably describe the style of Preternatural. As the band calls it itself as Dark Melodic Death Metal. Despite of the musicians youth the band has already played a lot of gigs through the Baltic states and Finland, performing with such music industry monsters like Cannibal Corpse, Vader, Impaled Nazarene, Behemoth, Soilwork,... . In 2007, with the help of Aghast rec. company the band released their debut album called "Statical" (in the Baltic States and Scandinavia, as well as in Russia - the major Russian metal label "Irond")!
